One of my interests is eating. And the one I like best is fried chicken. I love going to KFC, but once in a while we buy chicken and fry it myself. Fried chicken could be a chicken breast, leg, thigh or wing fried. The most common and popular way to make this stuff on restaurants is cover some bread crumbs, tempura flour, etc., then fry it on an oil pan. But in some other countries, continents or even on other regions in a country, it changes depeding on that regions’ residents’ taste. Everyone describes frieds chicken as being “crunchy” and “juicy”, as well as “crispy”. It could be served with tomato sauce or chilli sauce, and some rice in Asia. I adore eating it, but I think we shouldn’t eat this too much because it contains too much fat, causes many illness such as obesity, arteriosclerosis and the risk of cancer.
